OLUWATONI ODUSANYA
Oluwatoni Odusanya is the Chief Executive Officer of ABR Offshore Services Limited. A business executive with over 15 years experience. He has a BSc in Design & Construction Management with Information Systems and a Masters degree in Facilities Management from the University of Greenwich, UK. He is a proven and accomplished strategist and professional with varied interest cutting across significant strata of the Nigerian economy. Ranging from oil and gas to real estate construction. He possess vast experience in supply and trading in the downstream sector of the oil & gas industry.
Toni has led and championed process improvement initiatives in business development, Corporate Management and Strategic Marketing. He was at various times Chief Operating Officer in several corporate organizations in and out of Nigeria and for over ten years has been at the management & Partnership level in several oil and gas firms before setting up ABR Offshore Services Limited.
CHUKWU EBUZOEME M.E.
GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Chukwu holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Benin, an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MSc in Energy Studies (Specialising in International Oil and Gas Management) from the University of Dundee.
He has over 17years of experience in Banking; covering Operations, Project Finance, Trade Finance, Commercial and Corporate Banking (where he handled transactions in crude oil and refined petroleum products financing). Before joining ABR Offshore Services, he was the Business Executive, Commercial and Institutional Banking Group, Lagos - Eko (Island) region of Sterling Bank, Plc.
Mr. Chukwu has attended various courses both locally and internationally in trade finance, project finance, change management, energy and petroleum economics from Oxford Princeton, Euromoney, Jeff & O'Brien, etc. He is a member of Energy Institute UK, International Association of Energy Economics (IAEE), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Dundee.
NNAMDI MADUANUSI
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Nnamdi Maduanusi Coordinates the Finance and Accounting Functions of the Company. He has over 15 years’ experience in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Strategy and Business Transformation. He is a Chartered Accountant - member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN, and holds a Masters degree (MBA) in Management. He was a Senior Financial Analyst with Fidelity Bank, Analysing financial statements of the bank as well as strategic business units and offering diagnostic advice to Management and rendition of reports to Regulatory Bodies. He was also a Strategy and Business Transformation Officer; with the responsibility of budgeting and strategic planning, analysing strategic and financial information of relevant external bodies and preparing appropriate reports for management action.
Nnamdi Maduanusi was part of the team that worked on the successful integration of the accounts of the three banks that merged to form Fidelity Bank Plc during the Consolidation of Banks in Nigeria, as well as the Fidelity Bank Fixed Assets automation and centralisation. He was the General Manager of High Flyers Estate - A first class real estate company with more than three estates before joining ABR Offshore Services Limited.
PHILIP NNAKWU
HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Philip Nnakwu had his first degree in Accounting and an MBA (Marketing option) from Ladoke Akintola University of Science and Technology, Ogbomoso. He is also an associate member, Chartered Institute of Cost Management. Mr. Philip Nnakwu has worked in various banks before joining ABR. They include Citizens Bank (now Heritage Bank), Afribank (now Skye Bank), Fidelity Bank, UBA and lately, Unity Bank Plc. His banking career spans over 9years. He is also an associate member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (C.I.B.N).
Philip brings to the Company, his vast experience in financial management and business development. He has a track record in branch (bank) / business transformation all through his banking career. Philip is happily married with children.
UMAR ALIYU
HEAD, OPERATIONS
Aliyu A. Umar, a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; is an experienced Logistician with a demonstrated history of working in the maritime Industry. He is skilled in negotiations, Regulatory Interface and Operations Management in the Downstream Petroleum sector. He was instrumental in the setting up of the export/import unit of the Multi-Trade Group that penetrated the west coast of Africa (petroleum products).
Prime in his team’s achievements is the brokerage of the M.O.U for 40,000MT petroleum products” lifting rights between Nigeria and Guinea. A scheme, which was also extended to other countries within the region. Aliyu later served as Head, Shipping/Marine Operations at Heyden Petroleum. He joined Emadeb Energy Service Limited as Logistics Manager and later became the Acting General Manager.
His wealth of experience and expertise will be brought to bear in ABR's operations. Aliyu who is a Chartered Logistician is an avid reader with urbane disposition, is happily married with children.
OBINNA DIKE, Ph.D
HEAD, LEGAL
Dr. Obinna Dike attended Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka where he graduated with an LL.B (Hons) Degree in Law. He thereafter attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar. He bagged an LLM in Petroleum Law and Policy and a PhD in Energy Law Community Agreements, all from the Centre for Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), Dundee University Scotland. His area of specialization is in Community Development Agreements Law and Policy (in extractive industry context)/Petroleum Law and Policy.
Obinna has many years of legal practice experience in oil and gas industry focused legal advisory services, corporate and commercial practice, legal due diligence, commercial and general practice Dispute Resolution/Litigation. Thus, before assuming his present role, Obinna has worked with many organizations including a commercial law firm located in Ikoyi, Lagos, Mildwaters Consulting LLP, UK, Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) University of Dundee and Olisa Agbakoba Legal, Lagos, Nigeria.
He is a member of many professional associations, including the Nigerian Bar Association, the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE), Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), Society of Petroleum Engineers, and Energy Institute London, among others.
